"The receptionist is not welcoming or friendly. It seems that she’s not of what she’s doing. The staff at the breakfast area is even worse. He talks to me very loud and attracts other people attention. There’s no order in the dining area . We don’t know where to sit and which area we have to get food. I know you have to prioritize the group tours but we also paid the same for our breakfast. The place is nice but some staffs needs to be oriented properly."

"Still recovering from Jan 2026 storm. Power went out and wasnt restored. Emergency generator didnt work. Battery powered Emergency lights burnt out. It was generally just accepted that this is the way it is, no big deal that you cant flush toilets or shower. Hotel has thin walls. "

"It says restaurant but the hotel only serves breakfast. I booked a room with a double bed for one person and I was given a room with 2 single beds without asking if it was ok. Overall the experience was good. Friendly and helpful dining staff at breakfast."
