The breakfast is perfect and you could ask for them to prepare things slightly differently to how it was prepared on the menu. The rooms are specious and spotlessly clean. I can not fault anything. "Yes, the facade is nice (art nouveau building), yes, the room is cute, but the service inexistent (we had to ask for toilet paper) and the breakfast buffet not even closed to a 4 stars standard hotel (we bought breakfast somewhere else even though we had payed for it)."
