Arrived with little heat in the room and no hot water; had to wait two hours before someone arrived and attitude of the owner indicated that we should not be bothering them with these problems. Bathroom could've used a Hoover/clean - few dead (and living) creatures in there. We walked to the local town and hired bikes from the hotel to explore further out.
