I’m afraid that the customer service could not make up for the sub par experience. The roof started leaking and the bathroom flooded for two out of my three night stay. It was quite gross to have dirty water drip on me and my possessions. My dress was soaking wet as a result and there was no offer to remedy this. Nothing was done except to send a cleaner in to mop the floor. I was played around and given funny excuses by the female receptionists. The hotel also had an issue with my booking when I arrived. I spent one hour in the reception and eventually had to book and pay on site despite having done so via Expedia.
