Unfortunately if u want in/out privileges its the markets parking garage and super expensive. The hotel offers a voucher for parking which does save u some $ which is nice, but Unfortunately has no in/out privileges. Super friendly staff. Room was nice. Hotel itself was nice. Will return"

"We stayed in a loft suite and it was great. The top steps were a little tricky because of the way they turn to go down so if you have any balance issues it could be uncomfortable. Also no washroom upstairs so going down after dark requires lighting. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and the bed was nice. Check in was super easy and the staff were very nice."

"We had a fantastic stay this past weekend. We came down from a few hours away for a dance competition and have nothing but good things to say! The front desk ladies were so helpful, even when we had a hiccup at check in (on my part). They were super friendly and helpful and helped me laugh through it! They took their time to remember even my name! All other staff members were fantastic as well. They took the time to talk to my girls and ask about the dance competition. The pool was great,...

"Clean hotel, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast! A great spot for a last minute London stay that was budget friendly. We stayed with our kids. Lots of options for breakfast for them too."

"No slippers provided, ( they said will provide when booked) called the front desk, and just say sorry at first place. Then I complain, because no slippers, how could we do the bath. Then they suddenly drop off slippers. Also, when we check in, they mentioned we could take drinks from minibar, no charge. We took the water and coke. Then we got charged when we check out. Very disappointed experience."
