"Wonderful suite, lots of space, extra large tv ,fridge ,stove, microwave... Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The lobby was under construction but was not an inconvenience. Had a very pleasant stay."

"Front desk employee at check in was borderline rude, was not impressed and she quoted me a rate that was $40 higher than Expedia so I sat in chair and booked with them. I ordered room service, a simple turkey club with fries and gravy and after a long wait it finally arrived and all was ice cold. They charge a $2 fee plus 18% tip as well I tipped $5 when delivered and definitely was a waste of money, very disappointing as I had a long day and I was hungry. Hotel charges $30 per night for parking...

"Really really poor customer service. And the food we ordered was undercooked. We would expect much better from the Fairmont."

"A great place to stay if you are going to events of hockey at Roger’s Arena. Staff were excellent and attentive, a slight issue requiring maintenance was dealt with immediately and he left a note identifying he had come in and rectified the problem. Thanks Thor! Easy pedestrian walkway access to places to eat, shop and to the Arena, no need to walk outside if the weather is bad."

"The property was older and there were renovations going on, however the property/rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and they had a nice breakfast. The hotel was close to our concert and we would stay there again."

"C'est un ancien hôtel de prestige avec un remarquable cachet. Tout est un peu usé et il aurait peut-être besoin d'un peu d'amour, mais il en a encore beaucoup à donner. Très bien situé au cœur du centre-ville et disposant d'un restaurant tournant au 24e étage avec une belle vue 360 degrés sur la ville. J'y retournerais de préférence à tout autre hôtel de la ville."
