"Staff was helpful and friendly but the property is in need of a remodel. Our room was below average in condition. It had a broken drawer that would not shut, a chair that was really dirty on the arms, the microwave looked as it was 40 years old, down by the refrigerator looked like a beaver had been chewing on it, the ironing board broke while trying to use it and the worst part was when using the toilet, it smelled horrible like urine. The breakfast bacon was like it had been soaking in grease for the day. Went to use the fire pit by the pool and it didn't work and there were weeds growing all around by the pool too. Again, the staff was very nice and it was a quiet place but it sure can use a facelift! At least the price was right for what we got, I guess. We would not stay there again until we knew that it had been remodeled. Oh, the waffle's were fantastic. We stayed in room 206 by the way."

"The staff very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean as well as the rooms with plenty of amenities. The pool was rather dirty. A lot of leaves and debris. It needed to get cleaned but other than that, it was great."
