"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit."

"Wir hatten mit unserer Familie einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert und entspannt, der Preis war für das Gebotene mehr als fair. Die Wohnung ist äußerst sauber, modern und wirkt, als wäre sie erst vor Kurzem komplett neu eingerichtet worden. Besonders im Sommer sind die Klimaanlagen ein großer Pluspunkt. "Everything was perfect with this hotel, the standards are very high and the staff also present themselves in a respectful and mature manner, staying here was a pleasure and having everything so close clime Ferry’s , tickets booths to boats and bars right outside the doorstep was a bonus. I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to visit Lake Como and have an operating base to use Palace hotel as the service was exceptional."

"The hotel and restaurant was extremely nice. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The view of Lake Laguna is amazing. If you’re going there to “stay”, it’s perfect. However, I’m not sure why this property shows on Expedia when searching for hotels around Lake Como. The property is about 35 miles from Como city and the last six (6) miles are treacherous. The roads are narrow and a number of switchback turns on the section of roads. The road makes traveling in the area difficult. I can’t imagine the road during winter months."

"The hotel was conveniently located so you could walk into como city, to the ferry stop or to the train station. The food was very nice, we had the hotel breakfast each day and also ate in 2 of the restaurants and at the poolside bar. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned with an evening turn service as well. The pool area was lovely, great pool with an amazing view of the lake plus very cold so great for cooling down after a hot day. Would highly recommend."

"Great location near Bellagio but far enough away to avoid the crowds. We enjoyed the pool and pool bar as well as the well furnit gym. The hotel staff were very helpful, always available and extremely accommodating in helping us plan our time in Lake Como. We ate lunch and dinner at the property and both experiences were excellent, the staff service level was too notch and the food and ingredients for both lunch and dinner were outstanding. Monica in guest services was very helpful in making recommendations on dinners and shopping in town and every single person at the hotel was focused on creating a great experience. I would highly recommend."
