"Posto gradevole immerso nella natura, silenzioso e tranquillo .. a parte il condizionatore che era rumorosissimo e ha rovinato la quiete del luogo e reso meno piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Piscina pulita, colazione ok, stanza grande e confortevole. Suggerirei di cambiare il condizionatore che era davvero rumorosissimo se portato ad una temperatura inferiore ai 27 gradi … e di provvedere ad un filo fuori dalla finestra per appendere i costumi bagnati .. "

"The front desk manager was absolutely amazing. She gave so many wonderful options for dining. I wanted to stay at a villa outside the city for a day, she recommended Villa Tolomei. I will definitely be staying at the same hotel my next time I am in Florence as the service was phenomenal, the staff was so assistive and nice, and the location is unrivaled."

"The hotel is in a great spot if you want to be in the city center. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and overall it was a great space. I wish they had conditioner but I noticed that some of the hotels in Europe just don’t have conditioner. Some do and some don’t so if they did that would have been a bonus. I will say our bathroom was weird and I forgot to take a pic of it. It was different than what you see in the pictures for the comfort room that we picked. It was a small closet sized room that had the shower in the corner with a drain so even with towels surrounding the shower the floor would get wet and it was easy to slip. Other than that the room was perfect for what we needed it to be for our trip."
