"The hotel staff were great, there were some maintenance issues in both rooms i stayed in room 309, the toilet pan is badly stained with lime scale and the faucet is loose on the vanity unit, Room 108 - the toilet pan is loose from the mounting bracket in the wall and the wall tiles have cracked because ..."
