"This is a lovely if basic hotel in a gorgeous location but it’s very remote and the little lane to get there is single track so perhaps not great in the dark. The food in the renowned restaurant is excellent with menus at €25, €35 and €45. However breakfast at €12 per person offers minimal choice and quantity and some may wish to decline it. Overall this is a brilliant establishment if you’re luck enough to get one of the small number of their rooms."

"The rooms were modern with all you need. The food was fantastic! You will not find a set lunch menu of such quality for such a fair price in too many places in France, anymore. "We stayed here with our 2 children and it was the highlight of our touring holiday. Andy and Jules are lovely hosts and made us feel really at home. "Hotel was good, service was excellent. Breakfast was very nice. Unfortunately they had a private function in the dining room so we had to eat else where. We had a flat tyre next morning and the owner could not have done more for us as we were having trouble getting the wheel off, he changed the wheel for us and put the faulty wheel in the boot as well. We can't thank him enough."

Ved aftentid kom værten og spurgte om jeg ville se månenog det viste sig at hendes mand var astro fotograf, sikken en oplevelse, fik endda set jupiter med 3 af månerne. "The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Nice view from the balcony in a quiet location. Easy walk to the sanctuary, lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. I didn’t get to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, as our stay was a short one. Would stay here again. Front desk staff was very friendly. "
