Relaxing days in Viareggio
Friendly people, good service,very nice place next to the beach. Good conditions for hiring umbrella and chairs at the beach. Everthing perfect.

Das Bad war etwas klein, aber das war nicht schlimm! Das Personal 10 von 10 Punkten, dass Frühstück 10 von 10 Punkten. Das Hotel liegt Strandnah, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Bahnhof ca. 15 zu Fuß. Gesamtbewertung SUPER , wir kommen wieder !!!

Servizio inadeguato, personale praticamente assente, addirittura nella nostra camera non è stata posta la carta igienica e noi non sapendo a chi rivolgerci abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci senza

Per fortuna non tutti la pensano come lei, anzi la maggior parte che ci ha conosciuti. Per la carta igienica ci siamo scusati e volevamo rimediare immediatamente dopo la vostra richiesta al mattino. Infatti è stata messa SUBITO QUINDI IL SERVIZIO INADEGUATO mi sembra eccessivo. Il personale non è ASSENTE come dice lei, la sera/notte non è presente ma ad ogni richiesta ed esigenza del cliente rispondiamo immediatamente. Nelle camere non è vietato fumare, non le abbiamo fatto nessuna sanzione..inoltre la colazione le è stata offerta per venirle incontro per il disguido della carta igienica...Non meritavamo certo questa recensione.
