The location is excellent, walking distance from the castle and restaurants. Hotel and room was very clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious.

Hyggeligt familieejet hotel

Dejligt værelse med balkon og udsigt til haven. God morgenmad. Der var for få p-pladser ved hotellet men vi blev anvist en fin gratis p-mulighed udenfor bymuren. Fin service. Eneste minus er at man ikke kan tjekke ind efter kl 20.

Viandem is a paradise by itsel, and if you book the Heintz Hotel then you will have the perfect combination. Great boutique hotel, owner operated family business, Great historic facility full of simple and natural elegance. Breakfast is amazing

Great hotel, great breakfast, lovely staff

This hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful, breakfast was great and the apple strudel they had was delicious. If you need to park your car, you should reserve a spot with the hotel directly as they have limited space. We ended up parking for free 'at the top of the hill' which was fine as well. There are stairs you can take that take you back to the hotel (cobble stone stairs though). There are paid spaces near the hotel as well

Hotel ligt aan de doorgaande weg met veel verkeerlawaai ook 's nachts. Kerk ligt ernaast en de klokken luiden 06.30 uur. Ontbijt is prijzig maar prima. Parkeren bij hotel is duur, vrij parkeren op behoorlijke afstand.

Bon séjour à Vianden

super bien situé très joli cadre, très typique chambres propres personnel au top malgré cette période difficile superbe terrasse pour prendre un verre. juste a coté d'un très coli cloitre nous avons passé un très bon séjour le seul petit point négatif c'est que les chambres coté rue sont facilement réveillés par le bruit de la circulation si on a le sommeil léger.

De kamer was erg ruim en schoon. Zelfs door corona verzegeld dat er niemand meer na de schoonmaak binnen was geweest. Heerlijke regendouche en mooi uitzicht vanuit onze hoekkamer. Helaas was er geen parkeerplaats voor ons terwijl andere gasten dagenlang een plekje bij de ingang konden reserveren. Wij hebben dus 3 nachten moeten zoeken naar een parkeerplaats in de buurt. Na de1e dag is de wc mogelijk niet meer schoongemaakt. De tv was erg klein. Zo erg dat je niet kon zien welk kanaal je keek. De bedden kraakten enorm en er was geen wasbak bij de wc.hiervoor moest je de kamer inlopen. Het ontbijt voor 10 euro per persoon is nkgql aam de prijzige kant. Gebouw op de foto hoort niet bij het hotel. Dit is van het klooster die ernaar ligt. De hoofdweg maakt enorm kabaal waardoor een goede nachtrust ver te zoeken is. De straatstenen maken veel geluid wanneer autos langsrijden. Een raam openzetten zit er niet in.

Family welcome made this Hotel not to forget

What was not to to like .Was made very welcome by Carol and her family in this 1600s hotel after a long train trip from Waterloo. Vianden is out of the way and Ettelbruck is the main hub ,but its 1/2 an hour away by regular bus and its a quiet touristy beautiful town . So much to see if you love the outdoors . The hotel was clean and very quaint . It has a small bar and the rooms were so clean . Breakfast is 9 euro but i never left empty and unlimited coffee kept me going all day . Wifi was a little hit and miss but considering its an old building and on cobbled road i got by .All over very reasonable priced and i would recommend to anyone looking for a top hotel .

Nice place to be.

Stayed for several days and enjoyed the quiet hotel and the beautiful scenery around. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Hotel and terrace are beautiful and idyllic.

The outside of the hotel is beautiful, and the insodenis quaint and nice to look at. The rooms are bare bones. (Some don't have a bathroom, and a few have shared bathrooms). If you want to park at the hotel you have to call ahead. Breakfast is not included, it is 9eu per person, and is buns swiss cheese, a deli meat platter, a small selection of drinks and a small cup of flavored yogurt. There are lots of cool shops and restaurants around the hotel but not in the hotel. The hotel terrace is very pretty though.

Ingen välkomnande attityd

Personalen var artiga, men inte trevliga. Det kändes som att de tyckte vi klampade in i något privat, att vi inte hörde hemma där enligt personalen. Dåliga på att informera om var sevärdheter låg. Rummet var dock välstädat och rymligt. Restaurangen hade fantastisk mat. Alla i familjen kände dock att det var skönt att lämna stället. En lätt obehaglig atmosfär.

très bon prix qualité

très bon séjour, petit déjeuner copieux, la direction très acceuillante , mon seul souci était qu'à partir de 20h, plus moyen d'avoir une boisson, tout est fermé et pas de petit frigo dans la chambre.

Meget hyggeligt gammelt familiehotel med en super beliggenhed lige i centrum. Dejlig morgenmad og meget serviceminded personale. Fine store værelser. Man følte sig hjemme og rigtig godt behandlet. Vi kommer rigtig gerne tilbage
