"Wonderful apartment with the advantage of hotel front desk person during the day and housekeeping included. Was able to eat in our apartment. Dipping pool for hot days. Highly recommend—we walked everywhere."

"The accommodation was really excellent. Very impressed for the price. What let it down was one of the staff members who were found to be non-helpful and rude - we just asked a simple question of how much taxis where likely to be going to the train station and he literally says “how would I know?” - dismissive and arrogant. That’s a real shame because the previous lady was lovely. It let down the entire experience and maybe the hotel needs to educate thier staff to improve thier communication...

"We had two rooms booked (Jade and Lapis Lazuli). Very spacious, clean rooms. AC worked great, rooms were quiet and both faced the outside and didn't hear any outside noise. This hotel is right in the center of the city, down the street from the Mosque-Cathedral (which is stunning and a must see), and everything you could want is nearby.
