"The rooms were basic but clean, small ski equipment room. Literally you walk out of the door and put your skis on - it's wonderful! The meals are quite good and the service is good. evening meal was offered for Eu22 a day for 2 courses (may be 3 courses), but you can buy the dishes separately from the A la Carte menu and is not too expensive if you eat two courses only, as the portion size is quite good. "Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer."

"The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,...

"Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier). Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed). Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!"

"Love this place! A little off of the beaten track, but worth it. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close enough to everything you need. A bit of a hike to the railway station, so make sure you have comfy shoes and good wheels on your suitcase. "
