Wasserhahn lose, usw. Kein WLAN, Insgesamt inakzeptabel, zumal für diesen Preis. "The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. It would be nice if they provided more than one washcloth and if they provided shower soaps. The toilet was situated very strange. It was very quiet and clean. We were alone in the whole building. "

8/10 Good
"Excellent room and facilities. Room and certain other areas such as softplay, could have been cleaner, with dust build up around edges. Some of the hotel seemed a bit disorganised. Booked a takeaway breakfast for an early flight home, and the employee at the front desk claimed that this was not possible. Kitchen staff acknowledged that it had been ordered, but when to check if it was finished and never came back. Kids club activities didn't run to schedule. Pool opening times seemed to change each day. Overall a brilliant hotel for kids, just needs some more attention to detail to be truely amazing."
