"I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to connect to either side of Mumbai, which was very convenient. Despite the busy and crowded environment, check-in was smooth, and from start to finish, I felt genuinely well looked after. So much so that I chose to extend my stay for an additional full week. It’s truly the staff who make a remarkable difference here. With their smiling faces, warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel special every step of the way. There wasn't a single moment during my visit where I felt disappointed or let down. "Rooms were spotless with amazing breakfast and dinner menu's. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Novatel has great views of Juhu beach and we found an amazing person called Raju( +91 91729 05057) who showed us around Mumbai and Film city. Highly recommend both Novatel and Raju."
