"Front desk staff very friendly. Room was clean. Shower was great with a lot of water pressure. Beds comfortable with lots of pillows. Only thing we didn’t like was the curtains that hung over the AC unit. The cool air went up into the curtains. Black out curtains but didn’t cover the window so very bright in the morning. When I made the booking a month prior to arrival, I requested a specific type of room through the chat, but nobody ever got back to me so when I went to check in that room was sold out."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingston Central by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The staff are amazing. I was staying there for my daughter’s graduation. We had a big break between ceremonies and they let us check out at 2pm. Free laundry which came in handy when I spilled my drink all over my dress.
Breakfast was good too. Would recommend this hotel."
"Breakfast was decent ,parking was good outside our window to keep an eye on things. One thing I thought was weird is that at Saturday breakfast there was a lady who brought her pet dog into the breakfast area and sat at a table with the dog into the room. This was not a service dog. I saw one of the staff speaking to her but she and the dog stayed. We left and returned when she was leaving. I can’t imagine the issues if this dog were to use the floor or the bench for a bathroom break."
"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The team was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the surrounding area was quiet. I liked how the hotel used texting to send messages to guests, especially to ask them to prevent children from running up and down the hallways. The breakfast was good and well maintained. I would stay here again if in Kingston in the future."
"I have stayed at the Marriott Delta once a year for the past 30 years and it is always enjoyable and comfortable. The meals at The Terrace are
