Nice small hotel, with very helpful stuff.
Nice small hotel in historic building, near city centre. Room was spacious,bed comfortable.Airconditioning was working well. Hotel stuff always very helpful. Vera helps me with organising transport, advice with restaurant choice and told me wher to take my COVID test before flying back to UK. Great experience! Definitely would come back agian.

Such a lovely hotel
This is such a lovely, welcoming hotel, a really beautiful place to stay. The room was wonderful, with a view over the gorge and we enjoyed the homemade breakfast. Vera, who greeted us on arrival, was very kind to us. I highly recommend this hotel!

Old restored House in the former Jewish section
Pleasant stay, Vera the owner was very helpful. She arranged for us to visit the next door synagogue. The keeper, is an extremely nice and knowledgeable local lady, from who we learned a lot.

The very old house with the decoration with antiques, is very spesial The location by the river is beautiful.

Rustic charm? Perhaps, but with emphasis—strong emphasis— on “rustic.” Lightbulbs at 10 watts, unfindable in a warren of streets, very slow breakfast “service”—you can guess the rest.

Dear Mr Leon, thank you very much for your time to write the review. You booked a deluxe room for one night and we sent you an email with directions on how to find the hotel easier. We do the same with every guest of course. The hotel is situated in the historic center of the city with a great river view. As for the breakfast.. we do not have a buffet.. we prepare every day fresh and homemade breakfast and we serve it immediately. Maybe you had your breakfast in a rush hour and at the same time you didn't have time to relax and enjoy our traditional breakfast room.. We will be faster next time, we promise! Unfortunately we cannot guess the rest as you say.. Maybe next time you can help us become even more better! Thank you again! Vera (owner)

We were very upset in check out process. Completely unprofessional and unfreindly. Breakfast was horrible, bad quality and very limited choices. One small tomato plate for 7 people? 7 boiled egs, no orange juice or any juice. Unplesant service . Would not recommended to any one.

Dear guest, We are very surprised from your last review because you left a really good "live review" when you were accommodated by us. Your opinion changed when you did the check-out process and you asked to pay 7€ per person for your breakfast. Something that you knew from the first time when you made the reservation. It's very clear and visible in our policy. Regarding our breakfast, it is a rich, typical and homemade breakfast with a variety such as fresh bread, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, homemade marmalades and pies, tomatoes, olives, peppers, homemade cakes and sweets, fresh fruit etc. Everything high quality. Excellent hotel!
I stayed at this hotel last month in the master suite with my partner and 11 month old baby. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel! The room with balcony was absolutely lovely, the breakfast was great, the staff were so nice, friendly and helpful and the location couldn't have been better located in the charming and peaceful Jewish quarter. I am so glad we booked this hotel and will definitely be going back!

Points positifs : balcon, localisation proche du centre de la ville et possibilité de parking. Points négatifs : état général de la chambre vieillot, insonorisation, petit déjeuner au sous-sol et de qualité tout juste correct (fruits pas mûrs, peu de choix). Au final un rapport qualité prix faible. Le moins bon de notre séjour d'une semaine en Grèce.

Beaucoup de charme et personnel adorable ! Les instructions envoyées pour parvenir en voiture à l’hôtel étaient précieuses et très claires.
