"I wish I could have stayed longer. Very nice hotel "

"TVs didn’t work. Shower was broken. Heater was very loud and falling out of the wall. Computers were down my entire stay and they disable my door cards by accident. It may be cheap but you def get what you pay for. "

"I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+."

"The room was clean and warm, the house was filled with charm and the food was delicious. I can’t say enough about the owners who were both extremely kind, thoughtful and wonderful to get to know."

"Place has an off smell. People are loud and children are loud all night. Felt like there was some kind of party going on all night from different locations. Calling the front desk was met with attitude. Very dated. I got what I paid for as it was cheap. Location was great though."

"The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. "

"The room smelt like old and used ski gear. I get it, it’s the season, but not cool. Breakfast was pop tarts, plastic wrapped danishes, bananas, and apples. "

Our hosts were very kind, and put generous effort into providing delicious breakfasts, giving suggestions about local attractions, and allowing us as much or as little cat time as we wanted. The room we were in was very cozy, with a comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches such as a water kettle for tea or coffee, a small fridge, and a TV setup we didn’t take advantage of.
