"We had such a wonderful time. This was the perfect place to stay. The view from the balcony can’t be beat. We enjoyed many mornings staring out at the water/cliffside and Manarola, wow! The room had everything we needed. I was glad I brought conditioner and lotion with me. Buongiorno, Your focaccia is ready in the garden. Massimiliano was so attentive and was there for our every need. Communication was fast and the room was clean and comfortable. I don’t remember the other name but she was nice and smiled kindly and was helpful too! I can’t say enough positive things!"

"Cannot say enough positive things about this stay over. The village was beautiful. The room was fantastic. And the view off the balcony: BREATHTAKING! They offer an amazing breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean and neighboring villages. Its absolutely right out of a movie. You just have to experience it for yourself. Words don't do it justice. Thank you for everything!!!"

"Location: a little outside Levanto city center, with a convenient shuttle. Room: the room is spacious but outdated. The bathroom is blind and smells linger. The towel warmer only works in winter when the heating system is on. It would be better to have an electric one that works with a button. Minibar is very expensive. Almost insultingly expensive. I had a bottle of prosecco (250ml) of medium low quality and it was €35! Outrageous. Spa: excellent spa. Did not use the massage, did not use the pool. Just sauna, steam room and sensorial shower, all great. Breakfast is medium. Nothing special. Grounds: meticulously kept. The property is nice. In the garage they have a bike stand and chargers (just the outlet) to charge e-bike. It’s pricey, I give it a 4 out of 5."

"We stayed in room 3, which did not have a proper door. It was more like a sliding door with tainted windows, so sound and light travelled a lot from the hallway. One night other people that were staying at the Vernazza Apartments came in around 2 am and were pretty loud, even knocking on our door and wanting to open our apartment! The apartment was clean, however we only had one roll of toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap. There were no refills as there is no human being to contact with, only a What's App chat bot. Lots of steep steps to go up so keep that in mind. I would probably try to get another apartment that has views of the ocean if I return to Vernazza."

"L'emplacement est magnifique, loin des regards, une vue exceptionnelle. Les déjeuners "maison" sont de bonnes qualité. Les seuls "hic" sont la distance avec le village de Vernazza et l'accès. Le transport en commun de soir est à 19:00, donc pas de marge de manoeuvre. L'hôtel devrait donner plus de détails sur le transport et l'accès. Sentier pédestre assez difficile pour accéder au village, mais vue imprenable. Chambre petite. Les proprios sont très gentils et serviables. Belle expérience."

"Nous avons adoré notre chambre vue sur la mer. le Happy Hour est génial. Le seul bémol est l'accès à l'hôtel qui est dans les hauteurs et difficile de se rendre à pied avec nos valises. Mais il y a un shuffle pour nous rendre. Ce n'est pas inscrit sur leur site. Vous devez l'inscrire svp car on l'aurait pris ce shuffle, Et attention, il n'y a pas de resto sur place sauf pour le déjeuner qui est excellent. Alors pour aller au restos, vous avez à marcher et surtout descendre au centre ville."
