Kid Friendly Hotels in Vernazza

"Amenities were good. Great breakfast. Noisy next to train track but we knew about the location. One star because during check in, the staff tried to trick us into paying extra 25euro to upgrade to a different room in order to get 2 bath towels, even though we booked a room for 2 adults. We ended up getting 2 towels anyways but it was very dishonest of them to say we had to upgrade in order to get two towels we should have gotten instead of one. "

"Locating the unit was very difficult as it appears that the information on Hotel.com has not been updated in several years. The address reads as Via Carattino,5 and states the front desk is open 2-5PM and that staff will greet guests on arrival. #5 Via Carattino is actually a business that has been closed for 2 years and no one greeted us. "The property was quite comfortable. The bed was firm but not hard. It had a refrigerator with a small freezer. The rooms had been well cleaned. I can recommend this place. As in a lot of the places we stayed in Italy, one has to climb a lot of stairs to access the property. "
