The entire town and property are fresh and contemporary. Loved the large bathroom counter and luxurious walk-in shower. This is the only hotel I remember where room temp was where I wanted it, as I arrived!

Delightful

This was the most delightful hotel. On paper, it doesn't seem like it's anything special, but the rooms were super clean and the staff were the most friendly and pleasant hotel staff I've interacted with in a long time. I very much appreciate everyone that works there.

We had a good stay at the Vernal Holiday Inn Express. They were just finishing a remodel so not all the amenities were available but what they had redone looked great. Breakfast was good but they ran out of coffee and I had to leave before they refilled... it took quite a while. Would certainly recommend for a 1 night layover like we had.

The stay at the Vernal Dinosaurland, Holiday Inn Express was as always was excellent. From the booking, to the check-in, to everything in between, and up to the check out all went well. Always a pleasurable experience.

This property was under a major renovation, which was noted when I booked, thus the 4 star. We were on 2nd floor which most of which was complete. Our room was very nice, all new everything. Bed was comfortable, very clean, no noise from construction. The breakfast was continental as construction did allow for full hot breakfast. No problem for us.

Pillow Game

Service was quick and responsive . Room is tired and and has a lot of old Marks on it but was clean . Bed was comfortable and a good variety of pillows where others really don’t have a pillow game this place stands tall. Breakfast was fast and hot.

I chose this hotel to take my grandchildren on a getaway and because there is a swim pool. Turns out the pool heater was broken and the pool was very very cold! We weren’t informed about that until we checked in. Then at between 5:30-6:00 am the fire alarm went off. The desk people didn’t know what to do. We were told not to evacuate. But with the alarm kept going off everyone was awake and up. So that ended any kind of relaxing vacation. On the upside, breakfast was fine.
