Clean room and courteous staff. The plumbing was a little weird, but nothing I couldn't live with. It just made some extra noise when you flushed the toilet which continued until the tank was full again.

It was overall a great stay. The hottub was a little broken and sometimes it took longer to check in than it has in the past. The breakfast attendants did an amazing job and offered great service.

Everything from the check in to check out was perfect! The fresh remodeled room was perfect for the 2 day stay. It was new years day but we felt like the only guests around. We relaxed and could just be ourselves. No rush no stress. We never had to ask for anything. It all was already there. Shampoo conditioner lotion. Oh we needed more pillows and the fridge had a smell. But those were minor in comparison! Definately recommend! We will be back for sure!

Good for a small town

The hotel is pretty good, for a small town. There was almost never anyone at the reception desk. I always saw people there waiting for someone to show up when they needed help. The breakfast was okay, but did not have a ton of variety, there was a spot for fruit but there was never any fruit in it which was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were nice, but my kids were sad it was getting refilled the first night, so we didn’t get to swim that day. The rooms were clean and comfortable though.

I have stayed here 3 other times. There is never anyone at the front desk. You have to call in the phone provided. I usually leave very early (3am - 5am) and I can’t get a copy of my bill before I leave. This trip the young lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful at check-in. Nice clean place to stay but not really guest friendly.

This hotel was exactly what we needed - a clean and safe place to stay in the area. We were only there for a quick overnight, so did not enjoy breakfast or utilize any of the amenities. Our room and the property as a whole were clean, the staff was friendly, and we felt very welcome and safe. Roosevelt is a cute town. The only thing we noticed not being available was USB ports in the rooms. Our own fault for not traveling with the outlet piece! I didn't ask at the front desk - they may have had some to lend. There were plenty of outlets, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and microwave and refrigerator in the room.
