Room and staff were good but the walls are paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room with no issues.

Bathroom needs to be updated. Have stayed in several rooms now and all need plumbing attention in the showers.

GrandStay Residential Suites - Rapid City
Floors in our room were dirty, top comforter had stains. Kids ran the halls steady all 3 nights of our stay. Kitchenette had NOTHING in any cupboards or drawers except 1 dirty butter knife.

Room smelled like stain or varnish. We could not stay there.

Pine Haven Lodging
The room was awesome! Staff was top notch. One star deducted because we just didnt like our bed. It was a memory foam but was way to stiff for our liking.
