Unbelievable
Would not stay here again although Alex,Who met us tried his best. No water in bathroom taps somebody had turned off my husband had to fix, plus no hot water we had to sort boiler out. The washing machine did not work but Alex did take our laundry to another apartment. No iron, ironing board or safe as specified. Shower in one bathroom needs attention runs all the time. No kettle or anything to boil water in. We had paid and then they said our card had been rejected, totally the wrong card number! Lovely view but apartment needs work - big crack in patio door, door frame partly missing. NO TOWELS provided although just had email accussing
