my husband & i had enjoy before our staying @ Comfort Inn, how ever this time we didnt get a good room it was OK :( we felt they Lady who help us ( Bernadette ) provide us with what she felt we deserve for our reservation we made 3weeks in advance with "Expedia" saying that "everything was taken!?" when we arrive @4pm & we know that check in is @3pm there is NOT possible way that ALL the 3rd floor rooms were already full, taken as i mention we usually go to Ventura 2-3 times per year an ALWAYS stayed @ Comfort Inn on the 3rd floor. She provide us with a room for elderly/handicap people it didn't feel romantic at all :( she want us to wait to see "IF" may be someone will cancel, (when she already told us everything was full? and we are already there before any other clients, why WE were not a priority to her, but other customer that were NOT there yet, nor check in, were a priority to her!!??) but we need to take a shower since we need to get ready for our dinner reservation so we had no choice. BIG disappointment from Bernadette for not informing us about rules that we don't matter b/c we had made reservation through Expedia so we will get not the room we want it, but the leftover room
