"From Check in to check out I have nothing but 1 star or less. The reason I choose this hotel over Marriot which we always stayed, I thought the room are all renovated. As soon as we entered the room 205 whewwww the stench of old musty carpet smell will overwhelm you. Not to mention I checked in around 10pm on 7/28 the front desk person (man) was very rude and have to patient at all times. I almost blew it that guy needs to be re-trained for customer service. "We stayed 1 night to rest in the family room. Very convenient to have 3 beds. We didn't use the kitchen, but utilized the fridge. The bathroom was nice. Though the curtain rod had rust, the water pressure and heat was perfect.
I would way the highlight was the front desk employee. He was very kind and always smiling."
