The room and bedding were clean and odor free, but the finishes were worn and there was minor damage. The staff was courteous and helpful, however there wasn't a physical person at the front desk. Check in and check out was performed by a remote worker viewed on a kiosk. I hope this isn't the future ...

Room was old and outdated. Felt like I was at a Holiday Inn off the interstate in 1980. Coffee maker didn’t work, or perhaps it was just buried in a dark alcove and we couldn’t see it properly.
