This Venue is absolutely wonderful. The people who operate it are the nicest you will ever meet. It is an oasis within a little business district. The Amenities are fantastic and the rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. We liked it so much, we rebooked 2 more nights.

Best kept secret just outside Venice
Couldn't be more happy with our experience! Perfect room, fantastic host, lovely breakfast, gorgeous property ...and the train station is across the street! 20 minutes and you're in Venice!

Such a lovely quaint BnB just out of town
The BnB was really nice, super clean and decorated impeccably. It's just 25 mins on the train into Venice although from 10:30 to 12:30 there's no train's which is a bit annoying. Also we kept coming back before 10 because it's when the train timetable said the last train was but we noticed there's actually trains back till at least half 12 which if we'd realised would have been much better. The train was only €2.70 per person per time so was nice and cheap. If you want to stay in a nice BnB at a cheaper price this is the place to go, but if you'd rather be really close to the bars and restaurants so you can make the most of drinking into the night then you're better off staying somewhere on Venice. All in all though was a lovely stay and I can't really fault the BnB. Also there's a lovely restaurant round the back which does amazing pasta dishes.

Buongiorno Luca, a seguito della sua recensione le rispondiamo con quanto segue :il suo voto è stato basato solamente in merito al non voler pagare il supplemento di 20 per i late check-in; questa policy e condizione è riportata nella sua prenotazione, in quanto la nostra struttura ha un servizio di bed and breakfast e non abbiamo un portiere notturno in struttura.Dopo le 9 della sera applichiamo un supplemento di 20 su ogni prenotazione, il suo orario di arrivo in struttura è stato alle 0:55, ben oltre l'orario di accoglienza.Non apprezziamo in alcun modo il vostro atteggiamento scontroso, maleducato e rude verso lo staff che ha semplicemente cercato di spiegarvi le regole della struttura, vi invitiamo a non prenotare più presso il Relais perchè non sarete ben accetti.

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Trip nach Venedig, gegenüber der Bahnhof, €5,20 / Person, Kinder kostenlos, 2 Stationen und man steht mitten im Geschehen! Züge fahren ca. alle 20 min. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, man merkt das der Hausherr sehr viel wert darauf legt! Er hat ein Lokal welches 200 m Weg ist, preislich gehoben, kleine Karte, schönes Ambiente, eher kleine Portionen! Frühstück gut!

Una notte a Mogliano Veneto
Ottima esperienza al B&B Toti, in pieno centro di Mogliano Veneto. Bella location, silenziosa e tranquilla, camera pulita, personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione buona. Suggerito!

Ótima opção em Veneza
Excelente opção próximo à Veneza. Local muito bonito e limpo. Ponto forte é que fica na frente da estação de trem e em menos de 20min está dentro de Veneza. Proprietários muito simpáticos. Voltaria com certeza.

Las instalaciones están nuevas y limpias. Ambiente agradable y acogedor, es un palacete creado y gestionado por una familia encantadora, y pendiente del cliente. Muy recomendable.
