"First, I'm gonna just qualify what I'm saying for what this hotel offers it's an excellent property. The location is absolutely killer. You walk right out of the front door onto the Venice boardwalk and bike path. The beach right there happens to also have public bathrooms and showers so if you go and take toys down to the water, you can rinse them off before returning to your room. Other than I feel like my room was laid out backwards, I love the view. It was very airy and light. I didn't find I needed earplugs. I found the noise to be very normal and in fact could hear the waves put me to sleep. My room was adorable. I love the brick wall. It's a non-smoking property thank God, but I imagine from the other guests, they are 420 friendly."
