This property is pretty but a bit far away from the main areas and tourist attracts. Night time is very quiet with no one around. It is perfect if you want to be able to walk to the touristy areas in the day and return back to quiet at night. Rooms were large and clean, our room wasn’t modern like in the photos which I was expecting but had a kitchenette and a large bedroom. Staff was very lovely and very helpful!

This is the best stay in Venice!!! The apartment is wonderful, clean, and spacious. It is in a quiet area off the tourist path with great restaurants nearby. The hosts were super communicative and check in/out could not have been smoother. Our only issue was that the internet was very slow for both of us - the hosts worked hard to try to resolve the issues but we couldn’t resolve it so this may be a consideration. Overall we ADORE this space and can’t wait to go back.

Oasis in the bustle
Amazing hotel, huge and comfortable and clean. Friendly helpful staff. Close to a supermarket and an amazing restaurant where we had one of the best wines so far. Hotel room overlooks the canal and you can watch life pass by. Nice and quiet. Safe and friendly. Highly recommend, we will happily stay here again.

Corte Nova - highly recommend
Corte Nova was clean, comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. It was also well located with a supermarket nearby and within 10 mins walk of Piazza San Marco and 20-25 mins walk of Rialto bridge (assuming you don't get lost!). We were a family of 4 and had a queen room, a single room and a pullout sofa bed in sitting room which worked for us. We also had a canal view which was fun although bit noisy at night. Recommend and would stay there again.

Beautiful stay. The people running the place are so helpful and lovely- plus, the location is very good for walking around Florence. Recommend this place if you're staying in Florence.

Superb apartment in a wonderful City
Had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was great. My family and I loved it. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. If I am being picky I would prefer a more powerful shower but that's a minor fault. I would book again in a heart beat

Beautiful hotel in a quiet neighborhood
This is a beautiful hotel with some rooms overlooking the canals if Venice and some with s garden view. They were a home away from home for us and had a kitchen where we made breakfast and could keep things in the refrigerator.

The Corte Nova is an awesome hotel that is close to main attractions and a super market nearby. My only complaints where the bed was not so comfortable and being on the first floor to the garden as a single travler, I would have preferred to have had a choice to lock the outside shutters. There is a window that locks in between, but as a solo traveler I would have felt better if the shutters were locked. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was suitable. I felt like a part of the local culture by not being in a standard hotel, being able to shop for my own groceries and preper a meal; I felt at home. The hotel has a dock for fast taxi service as well. This is a great find away from the touristy areas!

Good apartments but could be better
Corte Nova apartments had lots of good things; it is away from the crowds in a very lovely neighborhood, very quiet neighborhood and it gives you the feeling like if you live in Venice; there is a small super market with everything you need very close to the place; it has a full kitchen; the apartment we stay at was big. Also it is close to Piazza San Marco and there are lots of good places to eat nearby. Now the bad things: wifi is extremely weak and most of the time non existent; the place can be a bit difficult to find the first time, before you go, make sure you know exactly how to get there, down to last detail, otherwise you will be lost in a labyrinth and if you are carrying big luggage and taking the vaporetto, it is easier to disembark at the Ospedale stop which is only a 10 min walk, and only 2 small bridges, versus the 20 to 25 min walk from the San Zacaria stop and like 6 bridges plus lots and lots of people. One of the receptionist could have been more friendly.

A great hotel in Venice for a decent price. It is well located and the directions to get there couldn't have been better. Ludovica is an excellent hostess, she helped us figuring out how to move around in Venice, etc. My husband loved it ! :)

Great neighborhood - Very nice suite
We had a great stay. The suite was very spacious and having a small balcony overlooking the canal made it perfect. Just be aware that the can it is located on is busy in the morning and that might wake you up. There is a grocery store located just across the canal. The suite had a full very well equipped kitchen. It was a short walk to St Marks Square. Lots of dining options nearby almost all I would rate as very good or excellent. This suite is a bit expensive and all things in Venice are more expensive that the rest of Italy. My only negative to staying here. I would strongly recommend taking a private water taxis on your arrival if it is your first visit to Venice. It makes it very simple and takes a lot of the stress of hauling luggage thru the streets and over bridges.

Very clean, spacious, with all the amenities that you need. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near San Marco. It has small shops and a supermarket nearby. The staff was very friendly and we all enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue we had was the weak shower pressure.

Logement très bien situé, lieu calme, à proximité d’un supermarché. Appartement très propre, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de machine espresso ni de lave vaisselle ou un four traditionnel pour réchauffer les pizzas ou cuire la viande. Par contre la literie n’est pas du tout confortable c’est bien dommage et le canapé un peu ramolli avec le temps. Présence de beaucoup de moustiques et pourtant on a juste aéré les pièces le matin. Pas très bien insonorisé on entend les bruits des voisins par moment.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation war von der Buchung bis zum letzten Tag eine Katastrophe. Nach der Buchung erhielten wir eine Nachricht, wir sollten via Whatsapp unsere Ausweise und Kreditkartendaten übermitteln. Anfrage per mail wurde erst nach fünf Tagen beantwortet, mit dem erneuten Hinweis auf den amerikanischen Messanger. Unmöglich! Zur Unterkunft: Wir sind nicht im angezeigten Haus untergebracht worden, sondern ganz woanders. Die Unterkunft lag einem morgens und nachts recht lauten Platz. Als Kenner Venedigs hatten wir uns bewusst die ursprüngliche Lage ausgesucht. Nun war an einen ruhigen Schlaf nicht zu denken. Die Fenster liessen jede Stimme durch. Auch die Ausstattung ließ zu wünschen: kein Tisch, kein Stuhl, kein Kleiderschrank. Wir lebten aus dem Koffer … Nicht zu empfehlen!
