Check in was easy and communication smooth and quick. We were able to check in early as our rooms were ready. Admittedly the 4 flights of stairs are quite horrendous but the room is fabulous. We also felt safe leaving our large luggage downstairs as we were only using it as a single night stay over.

電気ポットのプラグがコンセントに入らなかった。 フロントに言ったけど　見に来てくれず　別のプラグを渡されたけど　どれも合わず　フロントと自室(別棟、階段無し)の往復を何回もさせられ　結局5泊のうち3泊は電気ポットなし　最後の2日ぐらい？修理してあり　やっと使用できたけど…… 階段がないので　3階までの往復は障害者、高齢者には辛いです。 フロントは不親切です。 お部屋の中はきれいだけど　建物の入口はシーツの袋がつんであって倉庫かゴミ置き場みたいだし　階段も汚いし　照明がわかりにくい

Googleマップの住所のホテルは無くなっており、別の場所に案内されるが、電話しないといけないため、繋がることが難しい。その上案内される部屋はとても不便なところにあり、階段がないため、重たいに持って階段を上がらないといけない。かなりおすすめしません。
