It's out of town 10 minutes on bus every 15 minutes bus give facility of cooking can safe you money spend if we want this is not guest house it's camping place if you like camping it good I recommend it's individual accommodation and camping too

Great place to stay for trip to Venice
The accommodation was perfectly placed for sightseeing in Venice, bus stops were right outside campsite with regular bus service to Piazzale Roma which only takes 5 minutes. Nice, quiet holiday park with a lovely small indoor pool and very good restaurant. Only downside is the very limited mini-market but you could walk along to Lidl (10mins) or go to the large Co-Op, before catching the bus back, it is a few mins walk along the canal from Piazzale Roma - to the left if facing glass bridge.

Location is very nice. Close to Venice and front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are tiny. Bathrooms are very clean.

Good value for money.
I needed a room for one night after landing late at Venice's Marco Polo airport. It was easy to find, just a short walk from the bus stop. As I arrived after reception closed that had made arrangements for me to get into my cabin. It all went smoothly and very soon I was in bed after a refreshing shower.

You can't beat the location if you are going to Venice. Rooms are very small, but clean. Breakfast us simple but the have great croissants 😀

It was so close to the bus stop and really easy to get to Venice and back. The rooms are small but we didn't spend much time there except to sleep so it was fine. The office was so helpful with arranging a taxi for us and suggestions for around town. It's not fancy at all, but is a great price and great location.

Enjoyed our stay in one of the larger family lodges. Great location for Venice if you wish to stay on the outskirts and get a €6 return pp bus into Venice. We swapped out the large table inside for the smaller outdoor table to allow more space for the layout inside . It only has basics in kitchen like pots and pans.no kettle ,microwave or toaster so be aware. The pool and sauna is an added bonus that are free in quiet season.

Nothing same as pictures . The dinning table was massive and left no space to move around. It was plastic and very wobbly!! , no cutlery no kitchen equipment no kettle or toaster, even had to pay for using the very small swimming pool. Will never consider to go back there as family . Only good thing was the balcony that we could have our breakfast. However, it was very dirty and we had to cleaning it ourselves!! Location fir bus travel was good.

thank you for your review; the photos on the website are real; maybe you had seen photos of the larger bungalows; our indoor pool is 10 x 6 meters (water at 31 degrees all year) in the wellness area you can also find a whirlpool and a sauna; goodbye

very convenient location to visit venice
nice campground with small bungalows very well located with a bus stop not far taking you to venice. Bungalow is quite small but was enough for just sleeping. Comfort is ok. Wi-Fi is very slow. Room is only cleaned at the end of your stay . Helpful staff at reception

Close to Venice
We were right next to the bridge for Venice... It's nice and quiet and the facilities are well looked after. A really nice place to bring your family but not far to get into Venice on public transport. Best of everything...

Small rooms but nice and affordable
Good location to Venice (5min bus ride for €1.50). Rooms in bungalow are small but clean and tidy. Bungalows are duplex style so if you have neighbors it can be a bit noisy at time. Sometimes the room is even shaking.

Very nice stay in Quite Green areas.
Located just near the bus station which has link to all Venice locations, the camp is located in a quiet area outside the city providing you with rest and relaxation, the camp is clean and provides us great hospitality. The staffs were very helpful.I will recommend this camp to everyone need a nice hotel with good facilities and reasonable prices.

Great location to avoid the business of Venice
Great location if you want to do a day trip into Venice. Easy to get too by public transport from station, into Venice or to the airport. Take mosquito repellent to spray your cabin as there are many! Food was great at the campsite and reasonable price. Could do with a few things for adults to do like pool table etc.

Personal Bungalow
The location is good, it's a 3 minute walk to the bus to Venice. Laundry services and a small market are on the camp grounds. You can also purchase your bus tickets at reception. The room itself was very nice and clean. Air conditioning costed extra, but it wasn't a lot. There was also a nice sit down restaurant across the street from the camp grounds that has some really good tiramisu. I recommend this place for it's quality, location, and price.

So so. Location isn't very convenient
Ok stay. Small rooms. Not much space to move around. Almost impossible to go around without a car. Otherwise clean. Just what you really expect from a camping village. The reception staff isn't great with their English.

Oddly located between 2 car dealerships. No soap in bathroom, but nice towels. Beds were comfortable. Whole cabin would shake at times almost a on a boat, and closet would rattle quite often. Somewhat of a disturbance for light sleepers.

Worst stay on our eurotrip
First off I'll start by saying at check in there was a problem with payment. The guy at reception was incredibly rude and put us on edge when we went to find our room. We couldn't manage to open the door at first, it seemed faulty but neither of us fancied another rude encounter so we forced it open. The place itself had a leak in the bathroom so the floor was wet, there were splattered flies on the walls, the windows were filthy and the room felt damp. We left to explore Venice, the camping itself is perfectly located. Really close to a 10/15 minute bus into Venice that runs quite late! The floor was wet when we got back but we put this down to heavy rain and mopped it up with some toilet tissue. After our 2 nights stay and the floor constantly being wet, we worked out that the toilet seemed to be leaking. When it came to checkout we were dreading speaking to the staff so we went in confident and prepared to speak to them about the payment issues we were having with Expedia, our UK cards. The woman was so rude and unhelpful. We asked if we could use their phone to call Expedia and resolve the issue. She didn't care to help AT ALL and said no. Turned her back to us and started working on her computer. We ended up facing large roaming charges on hold, and still having to cough up MORE cash because we couldn't get through. The worst service we faced on our entire trip! Absolutely disgraceful place dont waste your cash here, there are better places to stay in the area.

Ottima struttura, pulizia impeccabile. A 15 minuti di autobus da Venezia centro I giorni precedenti sull’ pernottamento ho contattato la struttura per chiedere delle informazioni e le risposte sono state veloci La stanza che abbiamo scelto era piccola ma giusta per pernottare qualche notte. Andava bene per le nostre esigenze Il bungalow è diviso in due e quindi ci sono due camere attaccate, una per voi e nel altra camera ci sarà qualcun altro quindi si sente quasi tutto però personalmente non è stato un problema Lo consiglio👍
