The property was very clean and close to transport links, however there were no basic amenities in the room and the electricity kept going every 5 mins even through the night which caused a lot of sleep disturbances because of the sound it made. Overall if you are looking for a hotel which is clean and close to the station this property will suffice.

The hotel is very affordable for whom want to visit Venice. 15mins walk to the train station and take another 10 mins train to the Venice.

We booked a last minute trip to Venise and didn’t have much options but we ended up being very satisfied with our stay here. The staff offered us a great service and the room was clean and fairly priced. The location is a bit far from Venise itself but the hotel is close to train station and bus stops. Will definitely go back there if I visit Venise again

The only thing I didn’t like was no water Provided. Out of 7 diff hotels this trip this one was nice and no water at all. Had to pay for it

My stay at the hotel in Venice offered a mix of experiences. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the receptionist was marked by extreme rudeness, leaving me feeling unwelcome. Subsequent shifts at the reception varied in helpfulness, and I expressed my dissatisfaction to other staff members, who apologized on behalf of their colleagues. Despite this, I continued my stay, hoping for a better experience. The first room allocated had a stained wall and a faulty thermostat, causing discomfort due to the cold. Staff apologized at 4 am and provided another room, but the shower was unclean, requiring me to resort to alternative hygiene methods throughout my stay. While later receptions were better, the room's cleanliness was concerning, evident in video evidence of the unsatisfactory bathroom. Despite commendable breakfast service and staff, the room's subpar cleanliness may deter future bookings unless improvements are made. In summary: The hotel staff, aside from the initial encounter, varied from acceptable to good, indicating a need for consistent hospitality training. Room hygiene, especially the bathroom, was below expectations, requiring further attention and instruction for the cleaning staff. Great, fairly new property close to the train station and a couple of very good restaurants. The 5 euro to store your luggage prior to check in, is unacceptable, and the staff is not the most helpful and polite. Customer service needs improvement. Zidan from the front desk will need to improve his social skills and customer service if he plans a career in this industry.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The area around this hotel is extremely unsafe. I did not feel comfortable walking around. When we arrived we asked about the parking that was available. We were told that the “safe” parking garage that was a few buildings away was 3 euros an hour or 20 euros for the day. They then told us the other parking lot was located under the bridge was “not safe” but cheaper. When we drove around the free parking was even more unsafe and the lots not lit. So you end up paying for safety. There are people all over the streets at night in groups, especially in the grocery store parking lot. The train is also located right next to this hotel and you can hear it from the room. The both lamps in our room were broken and the shower door would not close as the seal that keeps the door shut kept sliding off. Not worth the money.

Near us there are other hotels, restaurants and pubs open until late, so in the evening there are tourists and people out for a walk. So the area is no less safe than many others. Fab clean hotel with lovely staff
Last minute booking and it far exceeded expectations. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Room was modern, fresh and clean. I often stay in other nearby towns but would definitely consider staying here again for somewhere handy for Venice, the airport and the train. The centre of Mestre was a lovely surprise too.
