"The staff at Loews were very nice. From the reception desk to the waiters and waitresses, the pool staff and the beach staff.. all were friendly and genuinely very helpful. "We just stayed one night. The check in staff are courtesy, friendly and helpful. Hotel need a more sign to communicate where and how to find your ways to like from the parking lot to where is the elevator and stair are, the ice machine. The hotel was very conveniently for us"
