"Ce nouvel hôtel est en cours d'achèvement et cela a été assez étrange de nous retrouver les seuls clients ce soir-là avec une réception qui ferme à 16h. Cependant les chambres sont confortables, la literie parfaite et la douche top. "The breakfast everyday was delicious and very fresh! Fresh OJ every morning on the beach can't be beat. Always plenty of food with great choices. The service is top notch - for breakfast and the rest of the day. We got lunch on the beach one day and that was delicious too! And the gelato (although the scoops were a little small). The front desk (Sophia) was so helpful and friendly. They did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The jacuzzi on our patio was great, but not quite hot enough. They could not make it warmer, but did put a solar cover on it. That didn't help much though because it wasn't too hot while we were there. Not sure if i would pay for that upgrade again. But, would not hesitate to stay here again. We loved it! "

"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"

Galini Palace Resort Hotel

"The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and lovely views of both the mountains and the sea. The shared pool access rooms are definitely worth it and really enhanced the experience. The pool bar was also a highlight, and Elissa in particular provided fabulous service throughout our stay. That said, there were a few areas where the experience fell short of what you would expect from a true 5* hotel. The vegetarian food options were quite limited and unfortunately was not very good overall. We also found the reception staff fairly unhelpful, starting from check-in where we were simply handed an information sheet rather than being properly welcomed or briefed on the hotel. To make matters worse, some of the information provided was inaccurate — for example, the à la carte restaurant was advertised as open for dinner bookings, but we later discovered it only operated two nights a week, meaning we were unable to get a reservation during our stay. Drinks were another disappointment. While using non-premium brands isn’t necessarily an issue, the menu was misleading in places — for example, the Aperol Spritz was advertised as containing Aperol, but was instead made with a much cheaper alternative, which noticeably affected the quality. Overall, I’d say the hotel has the facilities and appearance of a 5* resort, but the service and attention to detail felt much closer to a 4* experience."

"Our stay at Myrion Suites in Crete, Greece was absolutely unforgettable. The location is incredible — right on the beach with stunning views and such a peaceful atmosphere. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. Even before we arrived, they were extremely helpful and provided us with useful information that made planning our trip so much easier. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and personally escorted to our room, where we found champagne and a beautiful anniversary cake waiting for us. I had emailed them beforehand mentioning our anniversary, and it was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture that truly made us feel welcomed and celebrated. The daily breakfast was also fantastic, offering a great menu with plenty of delicious options each morning. The spa area was another highlight of our stay — such a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. We especially enjoyed using the indoor pool and sauna. Since we visited in May, the outdoor pool was still a bit chilly, but the indoor pool more than made up for it with its serene atmosphere and relaxing setting. Every detail of our stay reflected the care and hospitality of the team at Myrion Suites. This resort exceeded all expectations, and I would come back time and time again if I could. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Crete!"
