Basic necessities like toilet paper were not even provided, which is completely unacceptable. Even public toilets are far cleaner and better maintained than this. "Apartment was very slavoluka with a well stokced kitchen. Bed was comfy and had such an amazing view. A great bathtub and walk in shower made this stay very welcoming. It was rather susty in places and around windows so not totally prištine, but the main living areas were clean as was the kitchen and bathroom."

"The Florance was a great place to stay from every perspective. Room was excellent well fitted out and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great over the road from the Botanical Gardens and on the edge of the city. If you are an AFL fan down for the footy (as I was) the location is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the ground. Pub over the road was good for a meal. Will definitely return."

"good stay for the price. They work till late on many days - that was a plus so easy to check in. Lots of parking. Lots of places to eat at around the area and they give you a discount if you order food downstairs at their bar and give you a free drink voucher - was good. Overall the facilities were well maintained. I didnt hear any noises, no bad smell or anything like that. The only issue was that my window were looking at their A/Cs which would make some noise but was acceptable if the windows...

"Great location and atmosphere. Staff very obliging. Reviews we read talked about the lift. Still out of service but the problem was explained to us about the difficulty in having it repaired. The staff were happy to deliver our luggage to our room."
