"The hotel beautiful and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at during our time in Greece. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. One of dining staff brought me a frappe (no charge!) and they upgraded our room to ocean front view. Comfy beds. The beach was lovely as well as the quick food/drink service. However, you should get out to claim your umbrella/loungers early by 9:30am the latest to be on the safe side as it fills up! We only stayed two nights, but I would def stay longer next time during the week. Weekends the beach is crazy busy with local Athenians. Breakfast buffet had tons of options and attentive staff cleaning up/setting tables. My only complaint was the shower. I had noticed water stains on the bathroom floor and what looked like mold in the corners of the bathroom and shower floor. The shower water seeped under the glass over to the toilet sink area while I showered. We told the front desk it needed mopping and that there was an issue. They sent up someone up quickly. He did something with the drain and told us it was all set, but didn’t mop it up. And one of us still had to shower. It flooded again. We had to go back down to tell them and they sent up a separately lady to clean it. Clearly there’s an issue with the shower and needs proper attention. We only stayed two nights but any longer we would have requested a room change and I’m sure staff would have accommodated us."
Kokoni Beach Hotel

"The rooms were clean but a little in the small side. The staff were friendly and helpful. Situated across the street from the beach is great for beach lovers but not close to much else that’s walkable. The one thing that surprised us was that had only one iron for the entire hotel and it was never ‘found’ for us to use. So, other than the wrinkly clothes we had a great time!"

"So this is a great hotel which i have stayd at many times and i would give it a10 but the air condition is truly awfull ( it is somply not cool enough for summer)which is too bad especially during a heatwave. In the past the ac worked much better"

"We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times as it breaks the journey to Athens airport nicely for us. The rooms are comfortable, clean, it's reasonably priced and under 10 minutes walk to the wonderful Loutraki thermal spa. On a slightly negative note the restaurant menu and breakfast were not as good as we have experienced in the past."

"Room with a small private pool. Not cheap but very nice. Mini fridge in room kept our waters cool but no freezer. Bath was good but shower had no light in it so you had to take a shower in the dark which wasn't great. Breakfast had a good selection but the cooked options left a lot to be desired. Didn't try the main pool as why would you when you have your own. No on site or in room laundry facility, you have to have it taken away and returned a few days later at an extra cost. Loutraki is a short car ride away and very nice."
