"The staff were all very friendly and were able to accommodate a late check-in and check-out very smoothly. The space is very spacious, with a large bathroom which had lots of counter space which is rare to find at this price! Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the como area as it is located so close to the port and all the restaurants and shops! "Great stay everything clean pool was excellent location great staff great rooms with view amazing breakfast very very nice. Pool showers nice touch for checkout day if you prefer to hang around the pool for part of the day, which we did. Drain in shower needed attention. All in all the VALUE for this hotel compared to other lakefront hotels, is unmatched in my opinion."
