The toilet was dirty but is was not a big problem. Diner was horrible, the food was cold. At 30 euro's per person that was a big dissapointment. The rooms were good, staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Price was very good.

Clean hotel w bad service & bad internet

We stayed at Vingsted just for a night so that we could visit lego house the next day. The reception wasn't very friendly - when asked for some basic help, they just refused to be friendly. The internet was terrible and we ended up using our mobile data. Our room was towards the far end of the hotel which made it annoying. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean - so no complains there.

Great Base for Family with Room for Improvement

This was a very good hotel near Billund, and it worked really well as a base for visiting Legoland. It’s a modern, well-equipped hotel with great infrastructure. It suited my kids well — they had access to an indoor area in one of the conference rooms with mini golf and even some kind of setup that allowed them to play badminton. It was a great way to keep them entertained between activities, especially during the very hot season. However, the room we stayed in had almost no ventilation other than two windows, which made it extremely difficult to sleep at night. That was a major downside for us. We asked the reception for a fan, and the staff did their best to help us find one. It helped a little but didn’t completely solve the problem. We understand that the building isn’t ideal for heatwaves, but it was still very uncomfortable during the night. Breakfast was average. The coffee wasn’t very tasty, but they did offer a wide variety of food options, which was a definite plus. One highlight was the excellent service — both in the restaurant at breakfast and at the reception. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and that left a very positive impression.

Our only complaint was the lack of blinds. There was only a thin cotton curtain - this made the room very bright in the morning. Hard to sleep. And the room got very warm as well since we were facing the sun for most of the afternoon/evening. On that same note we also wished there would have been a fan (or a/c though I understand that might be asking a bit much) So yes, warm and bright made it hard to sleep. The rest of the hotel and all the activities were great!!!

Staff is great

We stayed here during our visit to Legoland. Location wise there isnt really anything else nearby, but it was good for that purpose. There are also some fun games in the court yard. The building and the estate itself is stunning, but sadly it hasnt been well looked after in terms of cleaness and maintenance - this also applies to the room. The thing that was fantastic, was the staff! We felt looked after and they went that extra mile for us.

It is not good that a hotel does not have a secured wifi. This creates uncertainty among the guests. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, even after cleaning. The bathroom should be checked, it seems that water from the shower is seeping into the wall under the door. This can lead to mold. The breakfast and restaurant buffet were very good. The waiters did an excellent job, and were nice and helpful

the offer from the internet contradicts what in reality. beautiful surroundings, but terrible conditions. we slept in old rooms, dirty carpet, building like a barrack, was hot from the sun and no air conditioning. the offer includes many sports attractions, but the equipment is devastated, moldy, broken. shame propose to guests. I don't recommend either.

Restaurant was niet open enkel een zomerbuffet buiten. En prijs kwaliteit echt niet ok zowel de kamer als voor het diner. Familiekamer en had doorgegeven dat we 4 volwassene waren en daarom ook een duurdere kamer gekozen. Waren geen volwaardige bedden leek eerder een plank.

Dårlig frokost utvalg. Alt pålegg, kaffe osv. var i en stor gang. Frokostsalen var i en stor idrettshall / konferansesal, utrivellig og lite koselig. Hotellrommet kunne med fordel vært oppgradert, fornyet. Det var dusjforheng i dusjen, noe jeg trodde hotellene var sluttet med for mange år siden. Stort og anonymt, trist konferansesenter som ligger avsides til. Vi bodde på 7 forskjellige hoteller i Tyskland, Kroatia og Italia pluss dette, på vår road trip, dette var det dårligste. Vi kommer ikke til å booke dette igjen. Svært hyggelig og imøtekommende personale.

Rommet var stort og ble ryddet hver dag, men var litt gammelt og slitent. Sengene kunne vært bedre, men vi sov greit. Frokostbuffet hadde litt lite utvalg, men alle fant noe og spise. Personalet både i restauranten ute og under frokosten var veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte. Gøy med hoppeslott, trampoline, bordtennis, minigolf og andre aktiviteter på hotellet. Fint med tilgang til kaffemaskin/te og vann hele døgnet. Hotellet ligger fint til i et rolig grønt område med tilgang til mange gratis parkeringsplasser og lademulighet. Kort avstand, ca.20min med bil til både Legoland, lalandia, Lego house og Billund sentrum og enda nærmere til dagligvarebutikk.

Fantastisk sted! Super venligt og imødekommende personale. Lækker morgenbuffet og altid adgang til kaffe, kakao og koldt vand i receptionen. Super fint værelse. Dejligt omkringliggende udeområde. Så fedt med aktiviteter på stedet - trampolin og hoppeborg udenfor, samt hal indenfor med badminton, minigolf, bordtennis og bordfodbold. Alt i alt en 10/10 oplevelse - jeg vil helt sikkert anbefale Vingsted!
