My gripe is that there was no free mineral water in room on arrival, were so in the fridge but chargeable. Also we had half board again no free complementary water. We had to purchase it. We have been to other hotel chains where they were not so stingy "

The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. "The landscaping is beautiful. The infinity pool is astounding. We stayed in a Deluxe View room, which was on the fourth floor above the open area dining terrace. The bed is firm, there are two separate closets with ample hangers and drawer space, the bathroom is very nice with a rain shower. The buffet style eating was nice, sometimes very busy, depending on when you eat or the day of the week even. It is often crowded by people perusing the myriad options.
