"The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway. The walls are paper thin and...

"Wow! One of the best hotels I have visit. Breakfast buffet and late snacks for my kids were a hit. Pool area was clean and the rooms were also clean. Staff were friendly and available. Good location for late dinners and casino. Definitely will be booking again when I visit AZ."

"Staff was nice n tried but it took forever for a late check in and one key didn’t work, we were asked if we wanted to see the room first….which shoudlve been our warning we refused just wanting to get sum sleep as it was 1 am and walked in to roaches everywhere dead n others crawling here n there and the smell on our floor was horrible definitely wasn’t the nicest place but had a stove n fridge n microwave which is a plus but for the same price definitely could’ve found sum better"

"I called to let them know I was arriving late the person that was in the front counter was rude and wanted to get us in asap. The shower was missing pieces from the tub and the plumbing was coming apart had to sleep with a leak since I couldn’t turn it off. Pillows smelled like if someone slept there before and they just did the bef with the same sheets."

"The room walls needed painting. Our microwave and refrigerator were so helpful to have in our room. People are friendly and location was awesome!!! Quiet and great free coffee."

"Excellent experience! The stay also came with perks, dinner and drinks and breakfast! Even a cute popcorn station. Very impressed. As other high named hotels are taking perks away this place exceeded expectations! AND the prices were comparable if not less than the other popular names. We will be staying in Drury anytime we travel from now on!"

"Breakfast was the same each day, fake eggs and sausage patties. Beds and pillows were comfy. Our room did smell a bit like smoke and the curtains had burns so I did speak to the front desk about this to make them aware, very kind."

"Broken room TV, broken water dispenser, gym hit and stuffy. Staff did not service room and would not provide new towels until WE brought dirty towels to them. Front desk had ling check in line and only one person working the front even though a second person was in the office…should have cone up front to help but didn’t."
