"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. Top Vayres Hotel Reviews

Hilton Garden Inn Bordeaux Centre

Hilton Garden Inn Bordeaux Centre

8/10 Good
"This hotel is very nice. Overall clean and I felt comfortable in the hotel however, the shower was not very clean. Dark spots in the corners of the showers and it required a deep clean but overall a nice comfortable hotel. Room was on 7th floor and I had a nice western view. They could be more friendly at front desk as I asked for water the guy told me “didn’t you get water at check in” Not great customer service and they should tell customers about what is around and in the area. Overall, a great hotel to stay in and I would stay again."
