"The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. "We booked for four nights and managed 1! When first arriving at the location we were not welcomed and instead made to feel as if we were a burden. This instantly made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We went to the room and instantly felt dirty as the place was not clean and things were broken such as cupboards and light fixtures. When attempting to take a shower we realised there was also no hot water, so this was completely unpleasant. We sat back and booked a new place for three times...
