"For me I had to book a cabin because the all the hotels were fully booked so an average rating might be unfair because it didn’t really cater for me. The accommodation was clean and warm with outside temperatures as low as -15. I did have to rent sheets but I guess this is normal for a cabin. "

"TUpon arrival, we went to the wrong area and i couldn't "check in" as the host never gave me the instructions before hand like he was supposed to. I had to knock on other renters doors to ask for wifi and the hosts phone # to let him know i was there. Thankfully it was still daylight. The area is very close to Borlange. The house was ok as it accommodated 7 of us. It has a good size kitchen. There are 2 normal bathrooms with shower and toilet, and 5 bedrooms. We were NOT told to bring bedding...

"Ekengard is the perfect place for an isolation into the wonderful nature of Sweden. The hosts were very kind and they have given us some very interesting instructions about the neighborhood. We have taken a route upon their recommendation into deep nature and saw a bobcat and a moose which was very exciting. We would love to go back there one day and stay longer. "
