"Pool was dirty Spa was old Safe broke"

"Having some experience before I read the comments about lack of cleanliness and thought, it can't be that bad. It could. So dirty and worst was bathroom. After complaining a cleaner came with only one cloth and wiped a bit here and there. No cleaning liquid. Hopefully she didn't start with the toilet. They didn't know what clean meant so I bought liquid myself and cleaned up. At the information desk they couldn't answer the simplest questions like "when does the pool close?" - I don't know maybe...

"Great service and great food and entertainment. Kids love it."

"We hadden Grifid Bolero geboekt maar wegens laag seizoen zijn we verplaatst naar Grifid Encanto Beach. Dit was een leuk, trendy en mooi verzorgd hotel aan het strand. Alles pico bello! Bedankt voor de upgrade !"
