"The staff and general facilities were excellent. Faultless. We had a fantastic stay. The service around the pool and the staff’s attention and constant willingness to help us enjoy our stay did not go unnoticed. The food was also excellent all round. The only negatives were some technology issues with the room and the mosquitoes around our private pool. The staff did every they possibly could to help so I really cannot complain."

"I had not stayed at the property for some years since it was the Westin. The upgrades were fantastic. Beautifully appointed rooms. The only complaint I have is my favorite restaurant Matsuhisa was closed both days of my stay for private events.. I ordered room service instead which was really disappointing. The food was really underwhelming. Overcooked."
