"Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Reception staff were friendly and rooms were clean & modern. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel Victoria, which was a nice short walk. We chose to eat in the restaurant one night due to it's vista, the food was great but the service was average (slow & mixed up the orders) which was a surprise. "

"This property is beautiful, the view from our room was amazing. Sitting outside for breakfast and dinner and taking in the views was breathtaking. Such a romantic hotel. The rooms are a little tight and we were a bit squished with our large suitcases - this is also a common theme in many of these hotels. The staff were so helpful. "

"Lovely villa with plenty of space and enough facilities for self catering. Within 15min walk of Varenna. Local shop and "beach" just down the street. Shared garden with access to a spa shared with the neighbouring villa. Our flight was cancelled on the day we were due to arrive at the villa. Messaging via Expedia then directly with the property manager allowed us to check in late which was fantastic."
