"We stood here for our first visit to Disneyland. Our check in wasn’t the best. We were told we would receive a room at 4pm but by 5:45pm we went to ask the front staff what was the delay and they seemed annoyed and bothered for asking. Meanwhile they saw us waiting in the waiting area with both our kids patiently. They said to wait so we did. We went to ask again after another 40 mins and they had no clue what was going on, once again annoyed. They had to call their housekeepers several times...

"Pros: great breakfast and parking. About a 12minute walk to Disneyland park. We were able to check in early and the host that day very friendly and informative Cons: needs updating. Noisy and by a fire station. Bathtub leaked. Biggest issue is whenever we asked for something like towels or a new remote they said it would get delivered and never happened. I think the delivery person either doesn’t exist or is overworked/overwhelmed. At one point when we asked about the remote we were told it...

"The hotel is decently close to Disneyland. Took us about 10 minutes to get there. Only downside is the hotel is loud. The walls are very thin. We were originally put in a room facing the Main Street. We could hear everything, all night long. The traffic, people outside, etc. We told the staff and they quickly moved us to another room on the backside of the hotel! Which was incredibly sweet. But the room was next to a loud ice machine we could hear each time someone used it and at 7am the last...
